Psyche, an imprisoned royal, emerges after years in a tower to find his kingdom destroyed by rebellion and his family’s rule condemned as cruel and corrupt. Grieving his brother Michele, Psyche is seized by the Liberation Army that is led by Anteros, who proposes marriage to exploit an oracle and “destroy the kingdom” completely.
