Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The California Consumer Privacy Act defines "sale" in very broad terms and includes the transfer or sharing of any personal information with a third party, even when not sold for monetary value. Tappytoon does not "sell" your personal information, but sometimes we transfer it to third parties as part of a business relationship, as well as to facilitate certain portions of providing or making possible our services to you. The scope of such "data sharing" is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
If your reside in California, you have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information with third-parties.
To submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, whether you have a Tappytoon account or not, please send an email to privacy[@]tappytoon.com with the subject line “do not sell info.” Upon receiving your request, we may only be able to honor it if you are a resident of California.
You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request to opt out on your behalf if you provide the authorized agent signed written permission to do so as seen in the Privacy Policy.
